Getting Started
What is PhotoMasti?
An online service that enables you to upload your digital pictures to our
website, share them with your family and friends for free and order prints
to be delivered to your loved ones in India.
Joining PhotoMasti
You can join PhotoMasti in a snap. Simply use the new user registration form
(the blue box) on the home page, enter the four required fields, tick on “I
Accept the Terms” and click Submit. Your email ID will be your login ID.
Signing in
You can sign in to your account by using the existing user login form (the
orange box) on the home page. If you want to remain signed in whenever you
visit the website, simply tick the “remember me” box.
Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password?”
link below the login box. In the following page, enter your email id and
name that you had used to register with us. Click on the “Get Password” link
and we will email a copy of your password to the same email account. If you
do not remember the information required, please email us at service@photomasti.com
for assistance.
Signing Out
To sign out, use the logout button at the top of each page.

Uploading Photos
Overview
Uploading photos to your PhotoMasti account is very easy. We offer two
options for uploading – the “Easy Upload Tool” and “One by One Upload”. To
upload photos to your account, click on the “Upload Photos” link from the
left panel and choose one of the two methods.
Easy Upload Tool
This tool allows you to upload multiple pictures at once with “drag and
drop” ease. The first time you choose this method, a small ActiveX component
from Aurigma Software will be installed on your computer. Click on “Yes” if
it asks for permission to install. This is a one time procedure and will
take around 30 seconds on a good internet connection.
Once installed, you will see a 3-pane window which is fairly easy to
understand. On the left panel, you can browse through the directories on
your hard disk and select a particular folder. The contents of that folder
are displayed on the top right panel. Simply “drag and drop” the photos from
this panel to the bottom one. You can select multiple photos by holding down
the Ctrl key on your keyboard. Once selected, click on the “Send” button to
upload the photos.
One by One Upload
To use this feature, click on the browse button and select the photo that
you want to upload. Repeat the procedure on the boxes below to select
additional photos.

Managing Photos
Creating New Album
To create a new album, click on the link “Upload Photos” from the left panel
after signing in. On the following page, look for the section called “Upload
to New Album”. Select a name for your new album and click on “Create”. On
the next page, select the photos for this new album and upload them using
the easy upload tool or the one by one upload method.
Adding Pictures to an Album
Click on “Upload Photos” on the left panel after signing in. On the
following page, look for the section “Upload to existing album”. Select the
album where you want to add new pictures and click on the “Upload” link.
Viewing Albums
You can view your albums from the “My Albums” page. Click on any album there
to view the photos inside.
Viewing Photos
To view photos within an album, click on the album from the “My Albums”
page. All the photos within the album are displayed as thumbnails. Click on
any photo to view the larger image. This will open in a new window with the
navigation buttons and various other tools. You can view a slideshow from
here by clicking on “Slideshow On” or browse through the various photos
using the navigation buttons. You can use the icons on the top right to use
the Zoom functions and the Artistic Effects menu.
Sharing Photos Online
To share your photos with friends, click on the “Share Photos” link in the
left panel. In this page, select the albums from where you want to share
photos and click on “Continue”. The contents of all selected albums will be
displayed in the next page. You need to select the photos you want to share
and create a new “profile”. Create a profile name on the top right of the
page. You will essentially be sharing this profile with your friends. Click
on “Continue” to enter the name and email ID of your friends with whom you
are sharing the photos. Click on “Send” to share the profile with them.
Deleting Albums
To delete any album, go to “My Albums”. Select the album and click on the
“Delete” icon below.
Deleting Photos
To delete any photo within an album, go to “My Albums”. Click on the album
where the photo is stored. Once inside the album, select the photo you want
to delete and click on the “Delete” icon below.

Managing Your Account
Updating Your Profile
After signing in, click on “My Profile” from the left panel. Edit the fields
you want to change and click on the Save button below. It is recommended
that you keep your profile complete and up to date at all times.
Adding New Contacts
Contacts are your family, friends and relatives whom you send photos. Adding
contacts helps you in faster checkout. To add contacts, go to the “My
Contacts” from the left panel after signing in. Here, click on “Add
Contacts” and enter the details.
Editing Contacts
To edit a contact, go to “My Contacts” from the left panel. Click on “Edit”
icon next to the contact that has to be edited. Make the necessary changes
and click on “Submit”.
Changing Password
To change the password for your account, go to “My Profile”. Enter the new
password in the relevant fields there and click on “Submit”.
Order Status
To view your order status, sign in to your account. On the User Home page,
look for the section called “Your Recent Orders”. The status of all your
orders is displayed here. It normally takes 1-2 days to process your order
and 2-3 days for delivery. We try our best to deliver your orders at the
earliest possible.
Refer a Friend
If you like our service, do let your friends know about us. You will be
rewarded with 5 free prints for every friend you refer, when he signs up
with us and places his first order. You can refer as many people as you want
and earn unlimited number of free prints. However, you can only redeem 10
free prints per order.
To refer a friend, go to the “Refer a Friend” link from the left panel after
signing in. Click on “New Reference” from the top right and enter the name
and email ID of the person. Click on the “Send” button to send the
invitation email.
Feedback
Click on “Feedback” at the bottom panel of the home page. Provide the
necessary comments and information on the following page and then click on
“Send Feedback”.
Contact us
Click on “Contact Us” at the bottom panel of the home page. Provide the
necessary comments and information on the following page and then click on
“Send Query”. PhotoMasti will get back to you within 48 hours.

Shopping
Ordering Prints
To make an order, click on “Order Prints” from the left panel or the
“Shopping Cart” icon on top of each photo while viewing photos. Select the
albums from which you want to select photos for ordering prints. You can
select multiple albums at a time. Once you select the album(s), click on
“Continue”.
In the following page, select the recipient from the drop down box on the
top right corner. You can send photos to multiple recipients in a single
order. Select one recipient for a set of photos and in the next page, you
will have an option of selecting more photos for another recipient.
After selecting the first recipient, check on the photos that you want to
send and click on “Continue”. In the next page, click on “Select More
Photos” if you want to add more photos for another recipient and follow the
same procedure. On the next page, verify the recipient’s addresses and the
total number of photos being sent to each and click on “Continue”.
Shopping Cart
Once you have selected your photos and recipients, you are taken to the
shopping cart. Here, select the quantity of the different sizes (4x6, 5x7
and 8x10) for each photo. The quality column tells you whether a particular
photo is suitable for a specific size. Click on “Continue” to view your
total bill and discounts, if any.
Payment
Verify your total bill in the Shopping Cart and click on Continue to
checkout through Paypal. Paypal, an Ebay company, is our authorized payment
processor. The payment will be made to our parent company “Visions
Unlimited”. You can use your credit card to make the payment, or if you are
a Paypal user, you can pay from that account as well.

Credit Card Info
We do not store your credit card information. Your credit card is processed
by Paypal, an Ebay company which is a
reputed and highly secured payment processor.
Shipping
We charge a flat rate for shipping – 99 cents. Also, you get free shipping
to an address where the order size is greater than $10. The photos are
shipped from Bangalore, India through a renowned courier company. Once your
order is processed, it takes around 2-3 days for delivery.
